Brookside Broadeapt By Nancy Carmichael and Shelia Campbell On April 16, 1981 Mr. Liddle's grade six class is planning a Fun Fair for the students at Brookside School. It is going to be run by the students in grade six in order to raise money for . the camping trip for the room 8 'class, There will be a bake sale, fun games, candy and coke sale, toys' and comic,. sale. The pupils of room . would be grateful if anyone could contribute old comics •and toys. Since the first of February, the students at Brookside School have been involVed in a number of intermural sports such a Wombat!' floor hockey, boaketball, bor- . lden ball and crab soccer. In the senior level the Winners. of the borden ball were the Keen Team.. The winners in the basketball were the Brookside Bullets In floor hockey the Super • Shooters won and in broom - ball the }lockers won by a close score of 1 to 0. ht the junior level the win- nersof the floor hockey were the 'Brookside Bears.
