In the 32nd'Young .Canada Week, the Pee' Wees met Clinton, Point Edward, Park. hill and Dresden. ' After a close 2. 1 was over Clinton on a late sbort.hand- ed goal, the boys met Point Edward, the team that put them out•of the running last year, and skated to an easy 6 1 victory. in the fastest game of their group, against Parkhill, the- teatn's defenses had to stand the test .of speedy •forwards and good passing in the early going.. The boys were able to turn the game around with constant effort and positional play, especially in the second period. The final score was 5' 3 and a trip to the champ. io nship final. In -the final game, Dresden scored two first period goals but Lucknow worked their way back, out ,skating and out shooting Dresden in the second period.
