The Lucknow Juveniles
won their first two games of
the O.M.H.A• semi4finals
against .West Lorne on the
weekend to take a 2 - 0 lead
in .the best of five .series.
Steve MacPherson scored.
two goals as Lucknow down-
ed West Lorne by a score of 5
3 on Saturday night in West
Lorne. Lucknow took a 3 0
lead in the first five minutes
of. the game on goals from
Paul Hamilton, Paul Finlay
and Steve Simpson before .,
the home team got on the
board. Steve MacPherson's
two goals gave Lucknow a 5 -
1 lead before West Lorne
could rally with two more to
end the scoring.
Over 350 fans gathered in
the Lucknow arena on Sun-
day afternoon . to watch the
Juveniles. trounce West
Lorne to the tune sof 7 - 0

Goderich visiting Mrs. Nor-

turned to Richfield; Ohio to
be with Mr and Mrs. Atlee
Wise. and. Tricia on Sunday.,
Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Mac-
Lennan .of I Toronto were in
Lucknow on the weekend to
attend the funeral of Flo.•
Mansfield. They also visited
with Mrs. Emile MacLennan.
Mr. and Mrs: Wellington
Webster and Cecil visited the

Get on Board, Noah '
Our musical called, Get On
Board Noah, was a success,
•thanks to our teacher. Mrs.
Johnston, who organized the
whole program. It was about
how children would feel if,
, they were on an ark One boy
"played by Allan Kikkert does
not have touch faith that God
will get them through the
rain and bring them to dry
land. Of course in the end he
sees that God never fails .us.
We had a Jamaican dinner
on March . '13. Most .of us
enjoyed the different taste of
Jamaican chicken. riceand
peas and Gazarda for des-
sert.

We had a talent show at
the school and had a number
of different acts. Some of the
senior girls put on a gym-
nastics, display. We realty
enjoyed that. A group of gins
sang, we had some recitals of
poems and one on the piano.
Two boys put on a special
puppet play that they made
up themselves.
