writes of the increasing demand s on
the services . of the C.N I.B.. which.
must be met in order to fulfill the
needs of blind .Canadians. As a result
of :these facts,. there ,is an increasing
pressure to continually seek sources of
funds :in order thatthese needs be
met. He wishes to assure us that
without our support, it would be
impossible for their agencyto func-
tion.
