Seamstresses was held on Monday, Febru- ary 16 at the ' home of the assistant leader, Karen Reu- rink. They discussed patterns, fabrics, pins and shears. Leader Cathy Drennan talked about statystitching, sewing darts,, gathering seams and finishes with samples used to describe each. She showed the girls how to press seams, darts and ' gathers properly. Each member then started to prepare their samples. ' Fourth Meeting By Linda Van Oeeh The fourth meeting of the Kingsbridge 4-H club was held on February 26 at the home of Diane Van Osch. Cathy Drennan showed the girls how to apply infusable interfacing.. and each of the girls made a sample using this type of •interfacing.
