Nursing
mothers:
meed
A newly formed group,.
"Nursing Mothers", held its
third meeting in the base-
ment of the Presbyterian
Church in Lucknow. At 'this
meeting particular . difficul-
ties • encountered by the
mothers were presented and
possible solutions were dis-
cussed.
A film "Breastfeeding -
The Natural Way" was view-
ed. This is a •good introduct-
ory film on breast feeding,
especially for first time preg-
nant parents.
This group consists of
pregnant and nursing moth-
crs (or anyone interested in
breast feeding). Its primary
function is to share .informs
tion on breast feeding and. to
provide support for nursing
"mothers. Each month there
is a particular topic for that
night plus general discussion
and socializing. All nursing
babies are welcome to attend
with their mothers.
