called on Mrs. Frances Reed
in Ripley,, Monday of last
week. Frances is leaving this
area to reside in Toronto
with her granddaughter.

It is a little known fact to
some and a forgotten mem-
ory to others that Dungannon
once had a radio station
upwards of 55 or 56 years
ago. The operator was Mel-
ville Culbert, a . local imple-:

In a card dated February
11th, 1927 Mr. Culbert an-
