Three of these units are portable wheeled :units for the children's area and one is a large 8' floor to ceiling unit for the adult non-fiction area which previously was so crowded that there were books piled on the floor. Many thanks to you, Kinsmen. The holiday season, was a busy one apparently as there are approximately 100 books still overdue from this period. To encourage the return of these and any other overdue books, the week of January 7 through 14 will be a Free Return Week when no fines will be charged. Please return your library books! The Lucknow Branch Library will have a 16 mm film projector on loan from the Georgian. Regional Library System for the winter months beginning mid-January. There will be free Friday night moviessuitable for all ages starting soon at the Lucknow Town :Hall. Community groups interested in borrowing the projector can contact the librarian. Films are ayailabie at nocharge from the National Film Board Library and must be booked at least two weeks in advance, ; ri.
