Town and Country Bowling High single was rolled by Winnie Gammie with . a score of 168: Olive Smith rolled the high double with 299. - Leopard MacDonald was, high for the- men with a single of 198 and a double of 354. Chris Stevenson opened the' scoring with an unassisted goal in the •first period. Two goals went to Justin Murray with .Chris Stevenson assisting on both goals. Brad • Rhody •scored twice with, Tom Chilton assisting on the first goal. The second goal was unassisted. Matt Drennan scored with. Vince Sticklend assisting and finally Clint Murray and'•Totn Chilton connected for the seventh goal. .• Mildmay paid Lucknow a visit on Tues- day evening and left with a win of 1 - 0. Skillen kept Midgets continue. winning ways This week's activities raised the Midget record to 5-1-1 following games in Howick, in Ripley and at home' to Kincardine 'B'. In Howick' on Friday night, the team `skated to an 8 2, victory - a good effort considering the recent lay-off.' The Luck - now squad performed well in special situations as they scored five power , play goals and were perfect in the penalty killing department. They scored two before. giving upa goal,• and then put the .game away with six straight. Howick did manage the last goal but it was too little too late. In Ripley on Saturday night the team suffered a 7 - 3 defeat, their first loss of the -eason. Lucknow scored early on a goal by Brad Priestap from Jeff Walden and took a 2 - 1 lead on Priestap"s second from Chris Irwin but Ripley scored two fast ones' to carry a 3 - 2 lead into. the break. Early in the third, John Vandervel'de tied the game assisted by .Fred Flanagan but the Ripley team powered their way to• the, victory with four straight goals in the last 'seven minutes to earn 'a convincing win. ' At home to Kincardine 'B' on Monday night the Midgets took charge early. When they scored four straight in the first four minutes, ,the coach shuffled the lines to try some new combinations but it didn't make/ much difference. When ,the dust settled, they had scrambled to a 15 - 4 win. On the scoreboard, 12•skaters shared 35 points •led by 1'ristap with 3 goals, 2 assists, Walden with 3 assists, 2 goals and Jeff Gibson with 3 goals, 1 assist.' This week's action, take the team to. Walkerton on Saturday night and a home stand against Harriston on Monday at 8.30. the score, down to one goal .for Mildmay. The hard work of the Lucknow team did not pay off this time as the Mildmay goalie stopped every shot against him; A trip to Harriston on Nov: 16 resulted in a win for the Atotn A team. Harriston came out quickly and scored with less than a minute on the clock. , Lucknow returned with . the • tying goal .shortly • after, and moved ahead with another. The final score was '4 - .2 for Lucknow with Justin Murray scoring twice and with Chris Stevenson and Matt Drennan getting one each. The Atom team didn't receive • the score sheet ,and so don't know assists. The Lucknow Atom. As went to/Ayton on Nov. 18 and returned to Lucknow with their third win of the season. It was an end to end hockey game and some nice saves from Adam Skillen added to the excitement. The score was 3 -,1 with Justin Murray scoring twice and assists going to Chris Stevenson-- and tevensonand Matt Drennan on the two goals. Chris'' Stevenson also scored 'with Justin -.Murray assisting.
