Today The Lung Association, through its community education programs and sup- port of medical research, wages a year-round . battle : against emphysema, lung cancer, chronic bronchitis, asthma, and other chronic lung cripplers. The 1985 campaign launch is Nov. 1 and approximately 49,000 households in Huron -Perth Counties will be receiving the package 'containing the bright and colorful seals. j Fund Raising chairman' Eileen Beauch- emin.says the goal for 1985-86 is $70,000,. which will be needed to meet thedemands. for community programs, arid to increase our support of medical research. For the sixth time, the Christmas 'Seals have been designed by Vancouver based graphic designer Raymond Boyer. His designs are cheerful and colorful and reflect the hope represented by the support .of Christmas Seals.
