The Special Education class learned the intricacies of tying a knot with dough when they Made pretzels this week. The class learned about wheat - all the things that are. made from it, and what it looks and tastes like. They,planted seed wheat. Making pretzels was the most fun - mixing dough and trying to fold it correctly with sticky fingers. 0
