Marian I. (Ross) West
Marian (Mary) I. West, a long time
teacher for the North York Board of Educa-
tion and a lifetime member of the Listowel
Branch of the Eastern Star, died after a
lengthy illness at North York General
Hospital on Tuesday, July ,2, 1985.
Mrs. West is survived by her children,
Lt.. Col. Lorne and. Betty West of Ottawa
and Philip and Joan Lewis of Don Mills.
She is survived by her grandchildren,
Michael, David, Paul, Scott, and Tracy.
She is also survived by her brother, Bill
Ross of Lucknow.

Mrs. West was predeceased by her.

ter, Susan West.
The funeral took place Thursday, July 4
at the Paul O'Connor Funeral Home in
Scarborough with the interment in Green-
hill Cemetery, Luelmow, on Friday.

Ernest Albert Magoffin
' Ernest Albert Magoffin died at St. Paul's
Hospital, Vancopver,British Columbia on
Monday, June 10, 1985 in his 47th year.
.1 He is survived by his wife 'Loretta of
Regina, son Kevin of Barrie and step-
daughters Shelley and Georgette of Regina
and his mother, Mrs. Anne Magoffin of
London, formerly of Lucknow.
Mr. Magoffin was predeceased by his
father, Thomas Magoffin in 1977, and a
brother Sergeant Ivan Magoffin, R.C.A.F.
in 1944. °
' Mr. Magoffin is also survived. - try his ,
brother, Lansley of London; sisters, Mrs.
Lorene Irwin of " Scarborough,' Mrs. Ferre
•Melvin of Victoria, British Columbia and
Mrs. Yvonne Gray of London.
