commences July 1
By Bell Hackett
A new four -point pastoral charge .came
into existence July 1 consisting of the Unit-
ed Church congregations of Donnybrook,
Dungannon, Nile and Trinity. The move
was made in order to cut costs and keep
each church operational.
Each congregation will remain separate ,
and have worshipin their respective
churches each Sunday. However, each of
the churches will . be governed by one
Official Board. There are approximately
290 families in the new charge.
The name of the new pastoral charge is
Dungannon -Union, named by Joan Arm-
strong of Donnybrook and Ann Feaganof
Nile. The name signifies the location and
the pining of the four congregations.
