The day began with a lovely roast beef full course dinner at noon, served in the tuck shop area. The table was beautiful and colourfully arranged. The special guests, Grace Graham and Dorothy Thompson, were ushered from their room by an attendant. They were truly surprised. Reverend Merelyn Letson said the Grace and all enjoyed' the dinner. May read a Bible verse and all repeated the Lord's Prayer. Edna Boyle conducted a contest which got the members all thinking. Some humorous readings were given by Mrs. Eric Thacker, Mrs. Ronald Thacker and May Boyle. We had all enjoyed the fellowship and Mrs. Eric Thaclker,-.„rvon behalf.. --of': the A.C.W., presented.
