• Fire destroyed two cottages early Friday
a morning at Kintail Beach. One cottage K INTAIL
• belonged to Dr. Mark Raithby and family,
• • Goderich while the other cottage belonged
to Floyd Stanley and family of Ripley.
Mr. and Mrs. Dave Cowan of Florida and
formerly of Hemlock City were visitors with
Grace and Dave MacKenzie of Kintail.
Congratulations to proud parents, Bob-
bie and Mary Simpson on the arrival of
their daughter, Sarah Jane Louise on
Tuesday, June 11. A baby sister for Bobbie
and Tom.
Sacraments of Penance and First Holy
Communion were held •at St. Joseph's
Church, Kingsbridge on Sunday, June 16,
with 25 children participating. All enjoyed
lunch with family and friends in the hall
after the celebration.

McKinnon, her daughter, Allison and
friend of Paris, Mrs. Sadie Blue of Detroit,
Michigan and Mrs. Kathie Robson and son
Ryan of Grosse Point, Michigan.
Finlay MacLennan of Kincardine drop-
ped in Thursday morning to see his
mother, Rhetta MacLennan.
Visiting on the weekend with Dorothy
(D.A.) Maclennan were Katie Sutherland,
Margaret (Peggy) Heffernan and Carl and
Sharon Klatt of - London and Finlay
MacLennan and Brenda of Kitchener.
On Friday Mr. and Mrs. Art Matthew -
man took their son, Doug Matthewman, to
the Toronto airport. Doug made his return
flight to Vancouver, B.C. after spending
two weeks holidays with his parents.
Friday morning was spent with friends,
Mr. and Mrs. Roy Barnes of Don Mills. On
