By -Laws enacted by the Township. The purpose of the proposed Amending By -Law is to: (i] incorporate within the Comprehensive Zoning By -Law changes to the provisions applying to land uses which do not conform to the uses permitted by the By -Law and land uses which do not comply with the By -Law's, development standards. Iii) incorporate within the Comprehensive Zoning By -Law, the provisions of an earlier Zoni,,g By -Law respecting Part of Lot 37, Concession 1, Kinloss Township. The purpose of the proposed Repealing By -Law is to repeal all "freestanding" Zoning By -Laws whose control over land use has been redundant by the Ontario Municipal Board's' approval of the Township's Comprehensive Zoning By -Law. This Repealing By -Law is designed to repeal By -Law Nos. 13-1983, 31-1983, 7-1984 and 9-1984.
