Reeve Elston agreed with the Exeter

planning department who "automatically"
had her salary increased on the anniversary
date of the start of her employment. Junior
planner Cindy Fisher had her salary level
changed and now earns $24,414 annually, up
from $23,322.
Neither the:junior planner new the nutri-
tionist's. salaries have been increased to 1985

Exeter deputy -reeve Lossy Fuller called
for job descriptions andevaluation of
employees to be a "top priority" in 1985.
WardenPaul Steckle agreed it would be.
"I'm not 'in any way critical of this
employee (Mrs. Thompson)," .said Reeve
Johnston. "But, as an elected official I have
to ask the questions."

Hay Township ; Reeve Lionel Wilder
suggested that the plans call for a reduc-
tion in the number of beds at the home.
Mr. Lester 'agreed that would ' possibly
happen. Mr: Wilder then asked what
would happen to the people on the
Huronview waiting list.
The administrator said there are actually
empty beds in the home. Those on the
waiting list*ere called and all said they
would come to the home when they were
ready.
There was some concern about the actual
need for renovations to the home.
McKillop Township Reeve. Marie Hick-

homes in the province.
"Then 1 come back to Huronview and
walk down the dark halls. And' we expect

She said the tentative drawings don't
provide luxuries, just privacy.
"We wouldn't want to use facilities with
eight or nine 'toilets and basins in a row
with everyone in there at once," said
Reeve Hicknell.
