Come home to South Kinloss for Christmas
• Mr. and Mrs. Brian Keith of Toronto
were home for Christmas with his family,
Mr. and Mrs. Evan Keith and Mr. and
Mrs. Murray Keith and family.
Mr. and Mrs. Ken Morrison and family
of Sudbury visited with Betty's family for
New Years, Currie Colwell and Mr. and
Mrs. Bruce Colwell.
Earl Stever is a patient in Wingham
Hospital. The community wishes you a
speedy recovery, Earl.
New Years dance
in' Dungannon
1985 was enthusiastically welcomed by
party goers attending the New Year's • Eve
Dance, sponsored by the Dungannon Agri-
cultural Society. The hall was gayly
decorated with balloons, posters and tinsel
to add to the festive spirit:
"By Special Request" provided super
music for the event, including several spot
dances.
The first 10 ladies arriving at the dance
received lovely corsages, designed by
Sandy D'Aaust. Winners were, Lauranne'
King, Lorri Dale, Krista Danner, Elsie
Farrell, Lena Hunter, Judy Kerr, Helen
Nicholson, Verna Boisclair, Clare Scherz-
inge and Bev Ohm. Draws were made for
two door prizes with Paul Plunkett and
Heather Ohm winning a Sheaffer Pen and
Pencil set while a sweater was won by Tim
MacLennanand Carol McKinnon.
A hot meal of ham, scalloped potatoes,
baked beans, cabbage salad, rolls and
relishes, was served at 12.30 - a perfect
way to start the New Year!
Sympathy is extended from the commun-
ity to the family of Olive Needham on the
death of her brother, to the family of Pearl
Carter and to Mrs. Earl Hodgins on the
death of her Mother.
Mr. and Mrs. John Forster, Wendy and
Gary celebrated their Christmas with the
family of Bill Forster at the Parish Hall in
Lucknow on Christmas Day. Wendy is
home for a holiday from Kitchener.
Mr. and Mrs. Ian MacKenzie and family
of Cobourg and Mr. and Mrs. Rod
MacKenzie /and family of Unionville
celebrated their Christmas with their
family, Mr. and Mrs. Dave Eadie and
family and Mr. and Mrs. Frank MacKen-
zie.
Mr. and Mrs. Allan MacDougall had
Christmas Day dinner with Marj Farrish,
Lucknow and enjoyed supper with Sharon's
• mother, Mrs. Richard West of Ashfield
Township. •
Spending Christina& Day with Mr. and
Mrs. Fraser MacKinnon and Murray were
Mr. and Mrs. Jim MacKinnon of Guelph,
Mr. and Mrs. Jim Frayne of Goderich, Mr.
