Jack Lee, [second from right] was named Citizen of the Year for Hallett township in a ceremony at the Huliett Central School Christmas concert last Wednesday night. Harry Lear [left] clerk of the township acted as master of ceremonies while BobSzuszof the township recreation department made the presentation of a plaque to Jack and his wife Helen for their many years of volunteer service in many capacities.
