Duties include completing assistance applications under the various programs ad­ ministered by our Department and maintaining a monthly caseload of 75-100 cases in southern part of Huron County. QUALIFICATIONS: Com­ munity College Social Services Certificate or equivalent and/or Income Maintenance experience. Knowledge of all income maintenance programs and local social service agencies. In response to this increasing interest in workplace health pro­ motion, the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario developed the “Corporate Health Portfolio" toprovide practical, easy-to-do health promotion ideas and activi­ ties for employers. To introduce the “Corporate Health Portfolio" tolocal employers interested in health promotion, a workshop will be held on Thursday, November 5 (9:00 a. m. to 1 2:00 noon) atthe Clinton Public Hospital. The Workshop is designed to help an employer become familiar with the “tools" of health promo­ tion in the workplace. Each Workshop participant will receive a “Corporate Health Portfolio" manual, posters recently develop ed by the Huron County Health Unitfor the workplace on smoking, stress, and fitness, and a variety of other materials designed to help develop an effective health promo­ tion for any workplace. Machan is stationed at CFB Chilliwack for training as Field Engineer.
