Mr. and Mrs. Roy Cope and Mr. and Mrs. David Scott of London visited on Sunday with Marjorie McDougall. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Jardin visited on Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Beard of Mitchell. Glad to report that Mrs. Wilma Brawley has returned home from St. Joseph’s Hospital, London following surgery. Mr. William Anderson of New­ market visited on the weekend with his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Anderson. Women's Institute to meet The monthly meeting of the Auburn Women’s Institute will be held Tuesday, September 15 at the Community Hall at 2 p.m. l he topic is ‘ ‘ Agriculture and Canadian Industries”. The roll call will be “What effects T.V. commercials have on us.” Hostesses will be Mrs. Lloyd Barth, Mrs. Emerson Rodger and Mrs. Major Young- blut.
