Couple to live at Auburn CUNNINGHAM - PLAETZER On Saturday, July 11, 1987, Linda Cunningham and Larry Plaetzer were married at Knox United Church in Auburn. Rev. Rick Hawley performed the Trout farm wins contract The Alps Creek Trout Farm near Teeswaterhaswona contract to provide young Rainbow Trout for the Maitland Valley Conservation Authority’s popular put-and-take fish stocking program in area fishing ponds next spring. The contract calls for the placementof 1,000 eight-to-ten inch trout, to be purchased at $1 perfish, into the Authority’s ponds at Wawanosh Park, the Sunshine Conservation Authority, and the Falls Reserve Conservation Au­ thority. The ponds will be stocked during the week following the opening of trout season next May. In conjunction with its stocking program, the MVCA has asked its Community Relations Advisory Board to develop a co-operative public relations venture such as a wedding ceremony with duets sung by Anne Alton and Ken Wall. Linda is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs.TomCunninghamofRR 1, Auburn. Larry is theson of Mr. and Mrs. Laurence Plaetzer of RR 1. Auburn. The bride’s attendants were fish derby with local service clubs at one or all three of the ponds. Alps Creek Trout Farm is owned and operated by Robert and Donelda Charter of RR 3, Blyth. After the wedding, the guests enjoyed refreshments at the bride’s parents’ home. The recep­ tion and dinner was held in the Blyth Community Centre. The couple left the reception to begin their honeymoon trip to Cove Haven, a honeymoon resort in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvan­ ia. Larry and Linda Plaetzer are residing at RR 1, Auburn. /
