Guest speaker was Helen Grubb, clerk-treasurer of Blyth who gave a very informative and interesting address on govern ment. There is a two-tier govern ment-county level and village or twp. level. Mrs. Grubb is also treasurer, and tax collector for the village and secretary-treasurer for P.U.C. As Clerk she is also the liason person from Council to ratepayer.
