Belgrave resident dies in 99th year ETHEL MAY WHEELER Ethel May Wheeler of Belgrave died in Wingham and District Hospital after a short illness on Londesboro youngster dies tragically AMY ELIZABETH BOSMAN Amy Elizabeth Bosman, belov- e daughter of Allan and Barbara Bosman of Londesboro, passed away suddenly in Clinton Public Hospital on May 13,1987. She was in her third year. Born in Clinton on October 14, 1984, Amy lived all her life in Londesboro. Besides her parents, she is survived by two sisters, Lisa and Kelly, her grandparents Mr. and Mrs. Jack Snell of Londesboro, and Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Bosman of Belgrave. She will be sadly missed by aunts and uncles Ross and Bonnie Jewitt, Clinton; Rob and Brenda Ann Snell, Exeter; Bev and Bette Jewitt, Ingersoll; Rick and Faye Snell, Mitchell; Piet and Joan Westerhout, Kirkton; Dave Bos­ Sunday, May 10, 1987. She was 98 years of age. She was born in Kincardine, in Bruce county, the daughter of man, Clinton; Don Bosman, Bay- field and Clayton Bosman of British Columbia, and her many cousins and good friends. The funeral service was held in Londesboro United Church on Saturday, May 16 at 2 p.m. with Rev. David Snihur officiating and Gail Lear providing organ music. The Londesboro United Church Women provided the luncheon at the church after the service. Flowerbearers were Scott Jew­ itt, Jeff Bosman, Gavin Snell and Craig Jewitt, all cousins of Amy. Pallbearers were her friends Keith Allen, Bill Bromley, Mark Kennedy and Gordon Shobbrook. All arrangements were conducted by Tasker’s Funeral Home in Blyth. Intermentwas in Blyth Union Cemetery. Thomas Wilson and Ann Jane Wilkinson. She was married to Watkins Glen, New York in 1916 to Douglas H. Willock who predecea­ sed her in 1959. She married Jesse Wheeler in Rockwood Ont. in 1960. He predeceased her in 1968. She was educated in New York State and in her early years was a school teacher. Later she became a medical secretary before retiring in 1953. She was a member of Knox United Church, Belgrave, the Huron Chapter, Order of the Eastern Star, Wingham and atten­ ded the Wingham and Area Day Centre for the Homebound. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and cousins as well as her special friend, Mrs. Lillian Thompson, East Brunswick, New Jersey. She was predeceased by one brother, William Wilson and two sisters, Mrs. Beatrice Travis and Mrs. Pearl Sager. The funeral service was held May 12 from the McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham with interment in Brandon Cemetery, Belgrave. Rev. John G. Roberts of Belgrave conducted the services. Serving as pallbearers were Ste­ wart Wilson, Watkins Glen, N.Y.; Bruce Hedden, Rensselaer, N.Y.; Eva Marion Stewart was Callander resident EVA MARION STEWART Eva Marion Stewart of the Callander Nursing Home, Brus­ sels, formerly of RR 1, Gorrie, died Wednesday, May 13, at Wingham and District Hospital. She was 79 years of age. She was born in Grey township, the daughter of the late Edward and Mary (King) Coates. She married James Oliver Stewart, who is also a resident of Callander Nursing Home. Also surviving her are six sons and three daughters: Carl, and his wife Joan, Fordwich; Jim, and his wife Patricia, Gowanstown; Jack, and his wife Sonja, Oshawa; Roy, and his wife Sharon, Gorrie; Ray, of Gorrie; Jack, and his wife Janice, of Listowel; Isobel, and her husband James Hudson, Hanover; Jean, and her husband Leslie Edmonds. White Rock, B.C. and Laurence Davis, Brampton; Vin centMakas, London; Ross Hig gins, Brussels and Ross Anderson, Belgrave. Grace and her husband Robert Mayberry, Gorrie. Twenty-six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren also sur­ vive as do a sister, Pearl McTag- gart and a sister-in-law Luella Coates. She was predeceased by one brother Frank and one sister Jean Marguriete and by two grandchild­ ren. The funeral service was held May 15 from the Gorrie Chapel of the M.L. Watts Funeral Homes with Rev. John Neilson in charge. Interment was in Gorrie Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers were Paul Stewart, Doug Stewart, John Hudson, Michael Stewart, Jeff Stewart and John Mayberry.
