Easter
Twenty members of Melville
Guild assembled in the church
parlourfor their Easter meeting on
April 21 with Marguerite Krauter
in charge of devotions.
An opening poem asked the
question “What Is Easter" and
answered in a variety of ways from
flowers and Easter eggs to the
Empty Tomb.
Following the singing of “There
Is A Green Hill Far Away", Wilma
Hemingway led in prayer and
Marguerite read from the Good
News Bible the story of Jesus

20: 19-29. In her Easter Message
Marguerite told of the events of
Holy Week including Gethse

Bruce Miles. Helen Elliott accom
panied the singing of the second
