despite the appointment late last
year of a provincial fact-finder to
assist both sides in reaching an

The teachers are seeking a
salary grid increase of six per cent,
which would bring the top salary

acting principals and vice princi

benefit plan, allowances for expec
tant mothers, early retirement
incentives, staffing formula and an
‘affirmative action procedure.
