Mr. and Mrs. Clifford MacMillan
and Abigail, of St. 'Catharines and
Mr. and Mrs. Morris Santiago of
Los Angeles, California, were
weekend visitors with Mr. and
„Mrs. Jos. MacMillan, Lucknow,
Mrs. Maurice Bromley and
daughter Marcia and Mr. and Mrs.
Steven Bromley of New Jersey
visited with Mrs. N. J. MacKenzie
during the week.
Mr. and Mrs. John Ross of,
Detroit, Michigan visited recently
with his brother Mr. and Mrs. Bill
Ross, Lucknow and other relatives.
Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Carter of
Goderich and Mr. and Mrs. Lin
Hewitt of R. 2 Kincardine returned
Monday from a vacation to the
West Coast. On their travels they
planned to visit Rev. Glenn Noble
and family of Swift Current,
Saskatchewan, formerly of Luck-
now, but found he was on vacation
also. They were fortunate enough
to see his parish. They also visited
relatives in B.C., returning home
through the United States.
Harvey Wightman of Waterloo,
who was accompanied , by his
mother, Mrs. Elleda Wightman of
town, and his, sister Mrs. Hattie
Boothman of Calgary, Alberta,
returned on the weekend from a
motor trip through the Maritime
Provinces and the Eastern United
States.'
Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Ritchie of
Lucknow spent a couple of weeks.
touring at the East Coast including
the Cabot Trail. At Summerside
they visited their niece, the former
Jeanette MacDonald, Mr. and Mrs.
Woody Pauptit. They also called on
Minnie, Jessie and Harry Dunkie of
Guelph.
Mrs. Ron Rothwell of Norwood
visited last weekend in Lucknow at
the home of her sister Mrs. Stuart
Collyer and Mr. Collyer.
Mrs. Marion Donais, Mrs. Rosie
Stanley and Mrs. Jim England, all
of Lucknow, returned•last Siturday
from a 22 day holiday tour through
the Western Provinces to Victoria,
British Columbia, returning home
through the States.
Mr. and Mrs. Jim MacMillan,
Gregory • and Mary Jo of St.
Catharines visited with their par-
ents, Mr. and Mrs. Jos. MacMil-
lan, Lucknow, this past week.
Mr. and Mrs. Stuart Collyer of
Lucknow visited recently with their
sons, Mr. and Mrs. Thom Collyer,
Scott and Karen of Ora.. .twille and
Mr. and Mrs. Tim Collyer of
Campbellford. Scott accompanied
them home fora holiday. Karen is
spending this week in Lucknow
with her grandparents.

tyre of R. R. 5 Lucknow announce
the forthcoming marriage of their
daughter, Rosalie May, to Merkley
Burley, son of Mr. and Mrs.
Donald C. Burley of Wingham. The
wedding will take place on Satur-
day, August 13th at 4 p.m. at South
Kinloss Presbyterian Church.

Mr. and Mrs. Marinus Milten-
burg of R. R. 7 Lucknow are
