20 YEARS
PERFECT ATTENDANCE
Lucknow Lions Club was chart-
ered 20 years ago and six of the
charter members ,have a perfect
attendance record over those
twenty years.
To qualify for perfect attend-
ance, a Lions member must attend
all regular meetings, or if a
meeting is missed, he must make
this up by assisting in other Lions
activity or by visiting another club.
Twenty years of club service of
this kind is a noteable achieve-
ment.'

PINETREE
CRESTENETS
BY AUBREY HIGGINS
This is the fourth article I have
written for this issue. Somehow I
have let my own personal ,feelings
get into them so strongly that I was
tramping on someone's toes with
too much feeling. Not that I do not
sincerely believe in what I had
written, but the fact that in writing
this type of article, it has to be
worded in such a way that everyone
who reads it gets exactly the same
meaning out of each word.
Yes there are a great number of
truths about which 1 could ,write. I
could remain absolutely truthftil
and leave myself open for libel suit!
Well it is not exactly just sitting
down and picking up a pen and,
writing what you think, but putting
your thoughts together so the
public will accept them.
'In living in a home such as
Pinecrest, not a single one wants to
be here. Nature makes us this way
until she makes us physically unfit
to take care of ourselves. In some
cases they are still in nature's
hands and nothing can be done. In
others, and I am speaking of
myself, the care and treatment that
I have received, the positive care
and encouragement are wonderful.
No, everybody does not have this
chance because of different' ail-
ments. But no matter what the
reason that . they are making
Pinecrest their home, they are
receiving the same type of treat-
ment that has made me feel many
years younger than my real age.
If I wrote my experiences of
today, 1 would certainly show so
many feelings. My true belief is
something other than what is
appearing here. So you see an
article that is only partly me and
my true sincerity.
