The blow was hard, the shock severe To part with one we loved so dear. Dearer still as years depart His memory lives within our hearts. If we could have one lifetime wish One dream that could come true, We'd pray to God with all our hearts For yesterday and you. Always remembered and sadly missed by his wife, family and sister. 11.1ERE'S BIG GAME... IN THE WANT ADS weight with thine neck. The only record of the seed producer is on the tag and these should be stored for the growing season or in the case of ,forages for at least two and preferably three years. BEDSTRAW This very tough weed has shown up in trefoil fields this spring. From a distance it shows up as a dark green, tuft early in the season. Up close it is a dense growing plant with square stems. The leaves are small and grow in groups of six to eight around the stem at two or three inch intervals. The flowers are white or yellow and lacy, somewhat like wild carrot% k--cannot--ac- sprayed- out -of legumes and can only be killed by non-selective chemicals like Roundup. It is extremely important that fields infested with this weed not be harvested for seed. M. R. BOLTON, Ag. Rep. Thou shalt weight thy tractor's front to balance it if the drawbar be heavily burdened with such as a two-wheel spreader, and also play upon the rear sufficient weight to effect balance when thy tractor is encumbered with a front-end 'loader. Thou shalt faithfully cause thine eyes to remain open to discern precisely where thee and thy tractor are going and, further- more, so spy hidden obstacles and other hazards so thou Can avoid them. Thou shalt contain thy temper, even though the day goes foul and everything attempted conspireth against thee, as robust anger not only maketh thee look foolish and exclaim unkind senti- ments, but also mulitplieth thy prospects of coming to grief by accident.
