Lucknow Lions Club, in associa ;
tion with Lucknow Minor Hockey
committee and Wingham Midget
Hockey Tournament, recently sold
ads in the programs which were
used in the Wingham area tourna-
ment, part of which was played in
Lucknow.
Due to an error in printing by a
Durham area printing firm, all
Lucknow ads were omitted from the
program.
The Lucknow Lions, in turn,
again approached each business
place which had run an ad, offering
a refund..
The following business places
agreed to let the money remain
with the club as a donation.
Half will go to Lucknow Lions
and the balance left in the central
committee of the hockey tourna-
ment to defray minor hockey
expenses.
