C. Thompson. The Lucknow Women's Institute will meet in the Assembly Room on Monday, March 14th at 1.15 p.m. Guest speaker will be District President Mrs. George Fisher, Wingham. Mrs. Mary Miller of Lucknow came home last Thursday from Wingham and District Hospital where she was a patient for over two weeks. Mrs. Harvey Houston was in Toronto at the first of the week attending an executive meeting of the Federated Women's Institutes of Ontario at the 1200 Bay Street office. AP 410 Mrs. Isabelle Drennan of Kincar- dine and Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Drennan of Ashfield were Sunday guests of Mrs. George Stuart, Lucknow. Mrs. Clara Webster, Lucknow, spent the weekend in Brussels with her son Ken and June Webster and attended dinner and dance on Saturday „ evening in honour of their 25th wedding anniversary. Mrs. Lorne Woods, Lucknow, returned home Saturday from Oshawa where she has been visiting since Christmas with her daughter Mrs. Roy Hawley, Mr. Hawley and family. The Hawley family spent the weekend in Lucknow. Mr. and Mrs. Jim Sutherland of Lucknow have returned from a week long cruise visiting six different islands, in the Carribean. They flew to Puerto Rico where they boarded the cruise boat. Mr. and Mrs. Don Thompson of Lucknow attended the Ontario Weekly Newspapers Association Convention in Toronto on thd weekend. Robert Shrier, publisher of the Goderich Signal Star, was, elected president of the Associa- tion. On Sunday, February 27th, Tritia LYnn and Christopher Robert, children of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Humphrey of Ripley, were baptized at South Kinloss Presbyterian Church. Mr. and Mrs. Art Purney' of Lucknow and their daughter, Stacey Purney of London, returned Saturday from a holiday at Holly- wood Beach, Florida.
