Kinloss Township
Kinloss Council met on February
7th at 7.30, the reeve and all
council present.
After the minutes were adopted,
the following business was dealt
with. Court of Revision was held
on the Harris Drain Imp. and as
there were no appeals, the court
was closed. A request was made to
Maitland Valley Conservation
Authority for reforestation of 1 to 2
acres of the waste disposal for
windbreak and roadside clean up
on sideroad 15 between conces-

sions 4 and 6 and sideroad 30
between concessions 2 and 4. A
motion was made to pay Wallace
Conn S100.00 a year for represent-
ing the Township on the Wingham
Hospital Board. An application for
a tile drainage loan was accepted
on lot 7, concession 9, for $8300.00.
Tenders will be called for heavy
equipment for construction, load-
ing and hauling pit run gravel, and
'crushing and hauling gravel for the
Township roads as per tender
forms.
One copy of the Municipal World
was ordered for the year 1977, to be
maile&to the reeve.
