annual general meeting of the

Dungannon Agricultural Hall on
FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 18th, 1977
at 2 o'clock p.m.
to receive and dispose of the
financial statement and auditor's
report; to appoint auditors; to
consider revision of the company
by-laws, dealing mainly with the
deletion of reference to the
premium note; to elect two (2)
directors and to transact any other
business that may properly come
before the meeting. The retiring '
directors are Eldon Bradley and
Gerald Kerr, both of whom are
elegible for re-election for a three
(3) year term.

election or re-election as a director
