TIP TO MOTORISTS
It's much better to be late
down here than early up there
— so drive carefully and live.
the worst.
ActUally, driving conditions on
main roads in this area were pretty
good throughout Monday, a fact
made possible by lighter winds
than usual. Most people in the
snow belt area have learned to live
with the snow, but the wind is the
unpredictable factor.
By late Monday, strong winds
had blown up and continued
overnight. By Tuesday morning
