Works will create jobs for more than 20,000
students next summer. The emphasis will be on pro-
jec is of solid community value, It has many of the
same features as the year-round program, except
projects will he limited to 14 weeks during the
summer months.

at Dungannon United Church on
Sunday morning the service was
held in' the Sunday School room.
Shelley Rivett played the piano for
the service. Rev. H. G. Dobson
spoke on the topic, "Faith Renew-
ed".
Congratulations to Mr. and Mrs.
David Dawson on the birth of a
daughter, Robin Ellen, in Wingham
Hospital on December 23, a sister
for Jacqueline, Paul and Mary
Beth.
Mrs. Cecil Blake had her family
,home at various times over the
Christmas weekend, Mr. and Mrs.
Jim Blake and Sean of Alliston; Mr.
and Mrs. Grant Sowerby of

telephone call from Trinidad on
Saturday morning and spoke to her
mother and brother and his family.
Mrs. Bere's niece, Leemoy Chung,
Who visited the Bere's in London
and Dungannon two years ago, was
married on December 26 in
Trinidad.

The congregation of Christian
Fellowship .Church went carol
singing around the village trans-'
ported by Moses Shelter's team
and sleigh. They distributed fruit
baskets made by the Young People
to the local shutins.
At Sunday service Marilyn and
James • Wagler spoke to the
Christian Fellowship gathering and
told of their work in voluntary
service in United. States the past
few months.
Mr. and Mrs. Peter Martin and
family visited Liz's sister and
family, Mr. and Mrs. Cleason
Brubacher of St. Jacob's on,
Christmas Day and also met with
other memberS of her family at her
parents home, Mr. and Mrs. Cyrus
Bowman, Elmira.
Mr. and Mrs. John Errington
spent Christmas with their son and

Errington. Bill Errington is home'
from Centralia for 'vacation.

Shelley could leave the next day for
a skiing trip to Quebec City.
