Intermediate crown when they open the regular season against the Milverton 4 Wheel Drive. After the game a “Meet the Player” social will be held in the upstairs lounge. The nucleus of last year’s championship team is returning. The goalie tandem of Mike and Ron Smith will again protect the pipes for the Crusaders. The high scoring line of Dave Montgomery, Troy Pocaluyko and Brian Ten Pas has reunited. Ken Cousins and Dave Stephenson will again play on the same line, however, it looks as if they will have a new right winger as Kevin Deitner will move to centre on another line. Other returning forwards in clude: Hugh Hanly, Rob Cardiff and Randy Clarke. The new additions up front are ex-Bull Kevin McArter, Brian Deitner, Darrin Watts and Kent Howatt. The defense should be strong again this year with the return of veterans Mike Watson, Paul Mont gomery, Ken Higgins, Trevor Pocaluyko and Len Stamper. The new addition on the blueline will be ex-Wingham Ironmen Rob Willis. The Crusaders will play in the Southern Division of the W. O. A. A. Intermediate league. Their oppo nents will come from Arthur, Drayton, Milverton, Monkton, Seaforth and Wellesley.
