Brussels 4-H club
BY SHELLEY DUSKOCY
The second meeting of the
Brussels I 4-H club was held at
Edna McLellan’s on October 3.
The members opened the meet
ing with the 4-H pledge then read
the minutes of the last meeting and
read the roll call. They then went
into the kitchen to see how to
prepare a roast to be cooked. Then
they watched how to poke a
thermometer into the roast. Cheri-

Oriental Vegetable Beef stir-fry.
The members then ate it all up and
cleaned up. They said the 4-H
