Brussels 4-H club BY SHELLEY DUSKOCY The second meeting of the Brussels I 4-H club was held at Edna McLellan’s on October 3. The members opened the meet­ ing with the 4-H pledge then read the minutes of the last meeting and read the roll call. They then went into the kitchen to see how to prepare a roast to be cooked. Then they watched how to poke a thermometer into the roast. Cheri- daGarnissand Kathy Graber made Oriental Vegetable Beef stir-fry. The members then ate it all up and cleaned up.
