Probably the largest single annual event to take place in northern Huron County the Belgrave Community
Turkey Supper last Wednesday once again filled the Belgrave Arena from wall to wall with more than
1,000 friends and neighbours all sitting down together to a sumptuous Thanksgiving feast. The food Is
prepared by volunteers in Belgrave and in the surrounding areas of Morris and East Wawanosh
Township, and brought piping hot to the feast. Event Chairman Clarence Hanna [facing camera,
extreme lower left] has only missed one community supper in the event’s 40-year history.
