Blyth, a member of the Hallrice Dairy Calf Club, represented the county’s dairy clubs in the Sweepstakes after winning the Champion Show­ man award in her own division; Greg Fritz of RR 2. Brussels, a member of the Central Huron 4-H Swine Club, represented the swine division; and Keith Todd. RR 2. Swine Show, Greg Fritz of RR 2, Brussels, won the overall Grand Champion Showmanship award, with Sandra Shelley taking the Reserve Grand Championship. Melvin Bergsma of RR 1, Londes- boro and Steve Fritz of RR 2, Brussels took the Senior Champion Showmanship and Reserve awards; Greg Fritz and Richard Bergsma took the Junior Show­ manship Championship and Re­ serveawards; Steve Fritz and Greg Fritz were the Champion and Reserve Champion in the 4-H Gilt class; and Jennifer Procter and Ginger Kavelman of RR 1, Clifford, were tops in the 4-H Market Hog class. All of the above are members of the North Huron 4-H Swine Club. The results of the Brussels Fall Fair 4-H show will appear in The Citizen next week. ALL VISITORS WELCOME Lucknow, a member of the Huron 4-H Sheep Club, represented the sheep division. The Brussels 4-H Horse Club was not represented at the Seaforth Fair. In Seaforth’s 4-H Championship Beef Show, Sandra Shelley was the Champion Senior Showman; Dianne Black was the Champion Junior Showman, with Vanessa Alton of RR 7, Lucknow as Reserve Junior Champion. Vanessa also placed first in the Baby Beef Steer class, with Scott Johnston of RR 2. Bluevale, as runner-up; while Debbie Rintoul of RR 2. Lucknow and Dianne Black were Champion a nd Reserve Champion respective­ ly in the Queen's Guineas class. Vanessa show ed the overall Grand Champion steerat Seaforth 4-H show, with Scott Johnston showing the Reserve Champion overall. In the Dairy Championship Show, Sharon Ramsey and Donna Johnston of RR 2, Bluevale, a member of the Brussels 4-H Dairy Calf Club, were named as the Senior Showmanship Champion and Reserve Champion respective­ ly; Art Bos of RR 3, Blyth and Lori Armstrong of RR 2, Auburn captured the Intermediate Show­ manship Championship and Re­ serve Championship; and Melanie Knox of RR 1, Blyth, took the Reserve Championship in Junior Showmanship. Sharon Ramsey won the top overall Showmanship award, with Art Bos as runner-up. All of the above, with the exception of Donna Johnston, are members of the Hallrice 4-H Dairy Calf Club. Chrystal Cucksey of RR 3, Walton won the Reserve Cham­ pionship with her Junior Heifer; Conrad Bos of RR 3, Blyth and Sharon Ramsey won the Champion and Reserve Champion Senior Heifer awards respectively; Mike Pentland of RR 1, Dungannon and Ingeborg VanEedenPetersman of RR 1, Auburn, were the top winners in the Summer Yearling Class; Art Bos and Donna Johnston were the top winners in the Junior Yearling (Holstein) class; with Donna Lynn Armstrong and Lori Armstrong the top winners in the Junior Yearling (Jersey) class. All of the above are members of the Hallrice Club, which also won the top award in the Group of Three Dairy Calves, shown by Art Bos, Ingeborg VanEedenPetersman and Mike Pentland. The Grand Champion Dairy Calf award went to Art Bos, with Donna Lynn Armstrong taking the Reserve. In the Championship Sheep Show at Seaforth, junior showman Keith Todd won the overall Grand Championships in both Showman­ ship and Conformation, with senior showman Jennifer Procter of RR 5, Brussels, taking the Reserve Grand Champion Show­ manship; and Cindy Campschroer of RR 1, Blyth, taking both the Reserve Grand Championship con­ formation award and the Cham­ pion Fleece award. Jennifer Proc­ ter and Cindy Campschroer were the Champion and Reserve Cham­ pion Senior Showmen; Keith Todd was the Champion Junior Show­ man; Cindy Campschroer showed thetopMarketLamb;andKeith Todd and Jennifer Procter showed the Champion and Reserve Cham­ pion Ewe Lamb. All the above are members of the Huron 4-H Sheep Club, the county’s only such club.
