Christmas Carols on the
main street in Lucknow on
Saturday afternoon. After-
wards they enjoyed games in
the Lucknow school gym and

trias Story. All sang; Angels
From' the Realms of Glory,
accompanied by Mrs: IWA. •
Alton on the accordian. Mrs.
Alex Hackett led in prayer

Candles were lit for the
different Nationalities in
Canada, with 'Mrs. A. Hack-
ett lighting one for the
Jewish people, Mrs. D. A.
Hackett lit one for the Ind-
ians. Mrs, Ken Alton sang
the carol, Twas In the Moon
Of Winter Time. The French
carol, Oh Come All Ye Faith-
ful, was sung and Mrs. Cliff
Kilpatrick lit a candle for the
French Canadians. Away In
A Manger followed, with
Mrs. Cora Cranston lighting
a candle for all people from
other countries. Mrs,. Arthur
Scott and Mrs. Doug Ray-
nard sang a duet, Silent
Night, and Mrs. Dora Alton
lit one for fellow Canadians.
All sang,' Gentle Mary Laid
Here Child, and Mrs. Warren
Zinn lit the last and largest
candle for Christmas and
Love. Mrs. Alex Hackett
closed the devotions with
prayer.
The roll call was answered

what it means to me. Mrs.
Murray Irvin read a poem,
Legend of the Christmas
Rose and Mrs. Donald Hack-
ett led in prayer. Greetings
were read from Rev. Mi. and
Mrs. HUminel and also Rev.
Stuart Miner and Mrs. Min-
er. The 'business followed
and the meeting closed with
the carol, Infant Holy, Infant
Lowly. A social hour was

ceived news of the death of

rew, of Edmonton, daughter

A. Andrew. Lorraine passed
away in her 60th 'year in
Edmonton, December 11,
following a lengthy, illness.
She is survived by her hus-
band and three daughters,
Dagmar, Tracey and Kelly,
her sister Jackie, Mrs. Jim
Durkie of Calgary.
