College, London, England, to help defray expenses for overseas students. 1981 being the "Year Of the Disabled", Women's In- stitutes are requested to, keep, this in mind for their programming and projects in 1981, There are 1207 branches, a drop of 20 groups, 27,492 members, . a drop of over 1,000 members.
