Atom team improving
Despite the fact that there
has been no hockey reports
so far' this year from our
Atom team, it does not mean
that we have not been
playing. regularly_ scheduled_
games.
The teams in our group are
from Ripley, Teeswater and
Mildmay. The scores from
some of these games haVe
been more than adequately
reported via other media.
. Although we cannot boast
of impressive records we can
report that our local lads are,
a hard working team. This
years edition -of the Atoms
includes 13 players, and of
that number only three are
second year members. We
also have had help from a
couple of senior Flea players,
The team is developing
into a well' rounded unit, and
each game shows marked
improvement. The 'members
of the Atoms are Craig Irwin,
Jonathon Nelson, Sam Mur-
ray; Kirk Livingston, Chilies

interest that has been shown
on their behalf. We trust that

believe in the motto, "You
will always win if you can
lose with a smile"! With our
heads held high and a smile
on our faces, our shoulders
will broaden to carry on our
duties, not only as young
sportsmen of today, but as
responsible members of our
community in the future,
From our team and man-
