Sunday night the Lancers
renewed their age old rivalry
with the Goderich Sailors in a
game Which was a see-saw
battle Until it broke wide
open for the Laneers in the
third period.
The Sailors took the lead in
the first period until Dave
MacKinnon found the net to
tie it 1 1. The Sailors scored
again to take a.2•. Bead at
the end of one period, of play.

The Juveniles won their
third game of the season
when they hosted. Ripley on
Sunday afternoon. Despite'
the fact that Ripley Juveniles
almost 'folded this year they
have iced one of the strong-
est teams that Lucknow has
had to face this year.
Lucknow scored two unan-
iwered " goals in the first
period with Ripley scoring
the only goal in the second.
In the third period the
Lucknow defence concentrat-
ed on moving the puck out of
their own end, succeeding to
the tune of three goals.
Penalty killing was also a
major factor in the third
period. The locals confirmed
to hold off the oppoSition
through 12 penalty minutes
and it was when Lucknow
was at full - strength that
Ripley scored their only third
period goal.
Goal scorers for Lucknow
werre Steve MacPherson
with two while Steve Simp-
son, Brad Humphrey and
Paul Hamilton 'each tallied
one apiece.
Next Stinday at 3.45 Luck=
now hosts Walkerton who are
said to be the best team in

Canadians and
Hawks victorious
House League games got
into, full swing on Saturday
morning, November 29, with
the Canadians meeting the
Red 'Wings and the Leafs
playing the Black Hawks.
The first game found the
Canadians and the Red
Wings playing a very close
game with the 'Canadians
scoring the winning goal in
the last 20 seconds. The final
score was 5 - 4. Goal scorers
for the Canadians were Jim
Jurjens and Steve De Jong
both with two each and Chad
Mann with one. Red Wing
On Friday, November 28
the Junior Flea Hockey team
took to the ice in Ripley and
came away with a victory,
Lucknow 6, Ripley 3. Scoring
for Lucknow were' Dale Pries-
tap 3 goals, 2 assists; 'Chris
Stevenson! 2 goals, 1 assist;
Derek Turner.' goal, Russell
Sutton served in net.
On Saturday, November
29, the Senior Flea team held
scorers were Brent Van Osch
with three and Steve Van
Osch with one.
The second game ended
with the Black Hawks being
victorious over the Leafs by a
score of 7 -',;,3a: Goals were
scored for the Black Hawks
by Ray Martin 4, Eric Hal-
denby 2, and Paul Hackett 1.

Lindsay 2, and Paul Van
Rooy 1.
