17 ladies in attendance.

A workshop for publiC rela-
tions officers will be held at
Auburn on October 9. Mrs.
Harold Gaunt, Public Rela-
tions officer for St. Helens,
will attend. •
A leadership work shop on
Crewel Embroidery ,will be
held in Wingham, It was
decided to see if Donnybrook
were sending delegates and
would be interested in com
ing to St. Helens for their
meetings.
The area convention was
discussed. It' will be held in
St. Marys on October 27 and
28. Mrs. Luba Weber was .to
be asked to attend and 'a
resolution was read regard-.
ing foreign-ownershipof land

this convention. it was decid-

vote in favour of the resolu-
tion.
