Notice is hereby given to the Municipal
Electors of the
Village of Lucknow
in the County of Bruce
that the period during which nomination papers may be
filed in the office of the clerk for the purpose of
municipal elections will commence on
Thursday, October 16th, 1980 at the hour of 9
o'clock, and close on Monday, October 20th,
1980 at the hour of 5 o'clock
for the purpose of nominating fit and proper persons
for the offices of
REEVE
4 COUNCILLORS
For the Village•of Lucknow
Of which all Electors are hereby required to take notice
and govern themselves accordingly, and further take
notice that the manner in which said nominations shall
be filed as set forth in section 35 (3) of the Municipal
Elections Act.
If a greater number of candidates than required to fill
the said offices, are nominated and make the required
declarations, notice of the time for the holding of the
poll, including the advance poll and notice of the last
day for making applications for a certificate to vote by
proxy will be given forthwith.

5:00 o'clock in the afternoon.
If a greater number of candidates than
required to fill the above offices are
nominated, an advance poll will be held on
Saturday, November 1st, 1980 at the
Township of Huron Hall, Ripley, Ontario
[9:00 a.m. to :8 p.m.] and the regular poll will
be held on Monday, November 10th, 1980.
[11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.].
