A Huron advertising agency has pres- ented a package of promotional ideas to Huron County Connell aimed at using the county's promotional dollars more wisely to attract industry to Huron and• to promote the• benefits of the county for tourists. -Caracia Ltd., Exeter, Points out that the county must become more professional in, its promotion of the county and must design an overall plan for all of its promotional activities.
