Ladies' Fitness is being lead by Mrs.. Virden Mowbray. It will include
special exercises done in shalloW water. YOu do not need to know
how to swim to. participate in this program.. Cost will be 10.00 for the
summer. Ladies maY register on Wednesday, July 2nd at 1:00; before
class, and on Friday, July 4th before class.
