On Saturday morning ,a welcome party was held at' the apartment arranged by the corn- mittee in charge headed .by Mrs. Marion McLean. liere tea, coffee, cake and other treats were donated and served. Mrs, Elaine Cote of William Street brought a nicely • decorated cake. Among ,those helping at the: Welcome were Marion - and Barbara Gamble, , Marjorie Reid, 'Anne McCosh, Mary`. and Joe • Fludder•and others. Prior to a this during the past -couple of weeks repairs and renovations were made in the apartment by Joe and Donnie Fludder. Some of those helping were Jewel. Stanley, Marion McLean, Eileen .Ernm•erton, Walter Lock, Mrs, Mary Worthingfon, and Mrs, Irene Boyle, to Mention a few.
