$5,465 has been approved for
the newly formed. Kings-
bridge Area Seniors, Past,
Present and Future. The
money will go towards plans'
that the group has to get
going before long. -
Our congratulations are
extended to this newly form-
ed group and we hope every-
one will participate to make it
success. This is a great
asset to our little community.
The community extends a
warm welcome to Denis and
Rochelle Champagne and
family who have moved-back
to stay after spending some
time at Rol-Phton, Ontario.

after enjoying a holiday in

Brownies, Debbie ThOmas,
Jackie Wilson, Heather
Steer, Dana Humphrey, Tan-
ya Turner, Debbie Nichol-

Meagan' Johnstone.
The girls entertained some
mothers, fathers and grand-
mothers. Vicki Owen and
Kim Laidlaw put on a pup pet
show for the guests.

tryouts on Monday. The
top two teams that win in
-Chesley will go to
CWOSSA on Friday.
Making up the boys' team
were Rick Rock, Jeff

and Ricky Irwin.
Although the boys didn't
fare as well as the girls,
they won one game
against Saered Heart.

Joe and Mary O'Keefe
received. word this week of
the death of Joe's aunt, Mrs.
Chloe Long (O'Keefe) of
VancouVer in her 86th year.
She was the last surviving
member of her family. Our
sympathy is extended to the
O'Keefe family at this time.
