advice of the disabled,
and, as a result, many of the
alterations are poor in terms
of accessibility;
ALPHA- Hurons' 4 advice is
free, but people continue to
take. the attitude that they
know what is best for the
disabled instead of asking
the disabled what is best for
them,
HoweVer, Pat is quick to'
point out that efforts to make
buildings accessible are, ap-
preciated by the disabled as
they now can use-the facilit-
ies. Her only wish is that the
